Ingredients: Lactose, skim milk powder, blend of vegetable oils (palm olein oil, coconut oil, soybean oil and sunflower oil), whole milk powder, whey protein concentrates (as source of milk fat globule membrane (MFGM)), oligofructose, minerals (sodium citrate, calcium phosphate tribasic, potassium chloride, magnesium phosphate, calcium carbonate, potassium hydroxide, ferrous sulfate, zinc sulfate, copper sulfate, manganese sulfate, sodium iodide, sodium selenite), emulsifier (soy lecithin), single cell oils as sources of Arachidonic Acid (ARA) and Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA), vitamins (sodium ascorbate, choline chloride, alpha-tocopheryl acetate, retinyl palmitate, niacinamide, phytonadione, calcium pantothenate, cyanocobalamin, cholecalciferol, ascorbic acid, riboflavin, thiamin hydrochloride, pyridoxine hydrochloride, folic acid, biotin), corn syrup solids, 2'-fucosyllactose, inositol, taurine, L-carnitine and antioxidants (ascorbyl palmitate).
Allergen information: contains ingredients derived from milk and soy.
Indications/Uses
Milk supplement for infants 6-12 months. Protein source from cow's milk.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Use the following chart for the correct amounts of cooled, boiled water and powder. Use scoop in the box to measure powder. (See Table 2.)

Warnings
Do not use a microwave oven to warm formula. Serious burns may result. Failure to follow these instructions could result in severe harm to the baby. Once prepared, formula can spoil quickly. Either feed immediately or cover and store in refrigerator at 2-4°C for no longer than 24 hours. Do not use prepared formula if it is unrefrigerated for more than a total of 2 hours. Do not freeze prepared formula.
After feeding begins, use formula within 1 hour or discard.
Special Precautions
Breastmilk is the best for babies up to 2 years of age and beyond.
Important Notice: There is no substitute for breastmilk.
The Use of Milk Supplements must only be upon the advice of a health professional.
The unnecessary and improper use of this product may be dangerous to the child's health.
There is likelihood that pathogenic microorganisms will be in this product when it is prepared and used inappropriately.
Milk Supplements shall not be introduced before the 6th month of life. Infants 6 months onwards should be given fresh, indigenous, and natural foods in combination with continued breastfeeding.
Caution For Usage
Instructions for Preparation and Use: The baby's health depends on carefully following the instructions below. Proper hygiene, preparation, dilution, use and storage are important when preparing formula. Powdered formulas are not sterile and should not be fed to infants who might have immune problems unless directed and supervised by the baby's doctor. Ask the baby's doctor which formula is appropriate for the baby. Ask the baby's doctor about the need to use cooled, boiled water for mixing and the need to boil clean utensils, bottles and nipples in water before use.
1. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water before preparing formula.
2. Boil clean bottles, nipples, caps, and utensils in water (1 minute at a rolling boil).
3. Boil fresh water at a rolling boil for 1 minute. Cool to room temperature prior to mixing.
4. Pour desired amount of the cooled water into the bottle. Add powder.
5. Cap bottle and SHAKE WELL.

Storage
Store pouch at room temperature. After opening, fold and clip tightly the cut section. Keep opened pouch in a clean, dry and airtight container. Use contents within 1 month after opening. Do not freeze powder and avoid excessive heat.
Store dry scoop in the container.
